This desktop software solution makes it push button easy to Generate THOUSANDS of fresh, unique content-rich webpages from highly-targeted keyword lists of your choice.

I am using HyperVRE to create and maintain the marketing articles section of casherson. All I do is enter the keyword I am targeting and the software searches through a variety of web article archives, downloads the articles and creates static pages based on my templates to create the pages!

Open Office - Free Office Solution:

Open Office is a robust open source offering to replace microsoft office or any other similar product. It is free and has everything I need. word processor, spreadsheet and a database tool called base that seriously helps with information management tasks. Don't let the price fool you, this is a world class solution that has been downloaded over 100 million times so far!

Firefox - Favourite Browser:

I use both internet explorer and firefox, but I prefer firefox. It is safer and there are lots of add-ons for webmasters and surfers. If you are a webmaster sticking to i.e. and you don't design for firefox you should start. It's not like the old Netscape days... more people use firefox everyday and depending on the website I sometimes see more firefox surfers than i.e.

 

PayPerClick tools:

PPC is an important aspect of online marketing, and Google is the tool of choice for many including me.
My next favourite ppc choice is Bing and the microsoft network.

Of course there are ALOT of folks ready to take your PPC cash and if you are fishing for an untapped goldmine of traffic for your marketing niche then the PPC Advertising Guide is a perfect starting point. Make certain you do your research though, and start small as you test the waters.

Directory Submissions:

I use 2 tools to help manage my online directory submissions directory submitter and an online submission service called submitedge.

I have tried a number of online submission services and submitedge is by far the best I have used.  Whenever I use a submission service to submit a website to say 500 or so directories I wait a week or so and then I open up my copy of directory submitter and take a new snapshot of the site profile that matches the info I used for the submission service. With submitedge I always see a healthy selection of new listings as compared to other services. Directory submitter also makes it easy to handle my very few hand submitted high pr paid directories while maintaining my own unique database of niche specific topsites.

I have used a number of submission apps and do realise that I could use my copy of SEO Elite to create and maintain a database of topsites and directories specific to the niches I promote my own websites in, but directory submitter is simple and does the job well.
